This is ridiculously overpowered. Charmander immediately fetches Charmeleon from the deck, you can immediately send Charmander to the Graveyard to bring Charmeleon out, same thing works for Charizard, and then you get to drop 2 cards out of the opponent's hand? This basically means drawing Charmander and being able to play him gets out a 3,000 ATK beatstick on the very same turn and discards two.
