Helena gives off a very tranquil atmosphere the moment one finds themselves in her presence. Her voice is always hushed and she moves slowly and gracefully in order to keep that calm disposition. In her eyes, the world will always turn out for the best, and she is adamant in sharing that belief with others, wanting to inject hope in the hearts of people even when they are at their weakest. Despite her being seemingly unrealistic in that sense, she maintains a sense of practicality to keep her grounded to reality. Helena is aware of what is happening in the world around her and she loves gathering information from conversations. Under her peaceful demeanor, she is a very hard-working individual. Everything she does is done with her job in mind.
Though Helena is easy to talk to at first, it becomes clear that she is actually very socially awkward. She may ask inappropriate questions or simply just not know when to end a conversation. She is aware of this and is very anxious when someone else gets quiet around her. Helena is sensitive about what other people think about her, not wanting to tarnish her reputation in their eyes. She cares deeply about seeming favorable to other people, which causes her to have more introverted tendencies because socializing is very exhausting to her. Sometimes, she finds the need to show she cares about people by overbearing them with excessive kindness, often to the point of smothering others. She also tries to do things to the best of her ability, even when they don't need to be so precise. Her need to seem perfect in the eyes of others, in the end, becomes her downfall because it causes her the most stress.

▌ H I S T O R Y
The Campanas were a moderately wealthy household in Varion Village. It was there that Helena was raised by her parents and older brother. Together they ran a fairly successful shop where they sold various flowers and herbs. Their customers ranged from people looking to add life to their home as well as aspiring herbalists that needed a reliable supply for their practices. Since Helena was often eager to meet new people, she would be sent to do deliveries with her brother. She loved to ask questions about what the plants were going to be used for. It was because of this that she learned that plants could actually be used to heal people. Curious about the topic, Helena would read books in the dead of night in an attempt to learn more about medicinal practices with plants.
As Helena grew older, she became more and more withdrawn from the business as her interest shifted to the medical field. It fascinated her to know how the body functioned and healed. Luckily, her family fully supported her in her goals and quickly made sure she got the training she needed. Helena trained comfortably with trusted customers of her parents' own shop. After learning as much as she could about herbal remedies, she decided that it was time to broaden her horizons. Helena began to learn about things that couldn't be cured with a simple remedy. Though the sight of blood and deep wounds made her sick at first, she persevered and was finally certified a full-fledged nurse.
After searching for a place to work, she settled for working under a small, private business as a nurse.

She makes sure to trim any stray thorns right away so she doesn't hurt others on accident.
Though she has many introverted tendencies, she's more like an ambivert.
She enjoys cooking, but isn't very good at it since fire makes her nervous.
She really admires confident and headstrong people.
