S I M U L A C R U MBeen trying to do character development on my villains so here are some random sketches of Mayor Dennis Randall and Rilo Bari'at so you can get an idea of what their personalities are like. Randall is the corrupt mayor of the City-State of Los Angeles. He is pretty much Sirius's arch-nemesis. And then there's Rilo: a privileged, elitist and downright sociopathic Voush'ni ambassador who wants to arrest Ara for something that you will later find out about. That makes him her arch-nemesis for REASONS.
and fun fact! Randall and Rilo hate each other!
really....why are villains so fascinating? Please....
