This is Bear the pomeranian!
Completely handmade, Bear’s face and toes were sculpted from polymer clay and painted in acrylics. His body is hand sewn with three faux furs.
Instead of doing the whole paw in clay, i decided to do individual toes. Squishy paw pads were requested and so why not make them wiggle too? They have a realistic feel to them as each toe can individually give to pressure and the foam paw pads have a slight squish to them! I was surprised to find that foam was actually quite realistic for a paw pad.
Approx. 10.5 inches tall
This was commissioned to have the likeness of a beloved friend.
