I am guessing the eyes are glass right?
Did they come foggy like that?

The eyes are not glass but painted clay with a high gloss resin coating. I used pastels to achieve to fogged effect.

Wow, your art dolls are simply amazing! This is so realistic! Your very right about the paw pads, they look real. Do you mind me asking what type of foam you used?

Oh my god. This is unbelievable!
It looks like an old pomeranian dog!
The mix between black and white fur is amazing.
The eyes with the crystal part not anymore transparent, like old dogs have is an amazing detail.
And I don't need to comment on that paws. P-E-R-F-E-C-T!!!!!

Wow, i clicked on your name and the first thing i saw was your beardog, I drew something that looked extremely similar to it just last week(thought of it a long while ago but only just got around to drawing it). Its something that i am planning on making into a doll at some point because it has a special meaning to me. But now i'm worried that it would be too similar to yours! I hope that when i do one day make it it won't be mistaken as a copy of your beardog! Anyway though, i like your style and all the pretty color variations of your beardog!

Every time I see soft sculptures, I want to make one for a Silky Beardog, but I would probably not do a great job (no sewing or sculpting experience). I don't think they are an extremely original idea, you should definitely make what is in your head. You are so good at what you do and I'd even love to get one of my Silky Beardogs made by you because you would do an awesome job.

Its a great experience as an artist to experiment with those materials. Especially sculpting, your drawing is so great, i'm sure your sculpting would surprise you! This creature i've come up with is becoming rather difficult for me to get on paper, its like a shadow, i just can't see the details. So really when i saw your gallery i was surprise to find such a similar silhouette(though i do agree the shape isn't entirely new) Someday i'll figure him out and bring him to life. Thanks!

I tried using sculpey a couple years ago and I think I really need to read/watch some tutorials. I didn't/don't have any tools so that is probably a big reason. I tried shaping everything with my hands but I just kept making the other side of the shape deformed while fixing something else.

Yeah, it can be pretty smooshy, i've had those troubles too. Maybe Sculpey firm woulld be helpful, it is much firmer. Or making a good well shaped foil form underneath would help things from deforming. Just takes practice really.
