The Chamber of Prayer (祈りの間, "Inori-no-Ma"), the "Sanctum Sanctorum" where the Obelisk-esq Crystal/Prayer Tower/Pillar (クリスタル・タワー [水晶・塔], "Kurisutaru Tawā"; AND 祈りの塔, "Inori-no-Tō"), located within the heart of the Moon Kingdom's Castle/Palace (ムーン・キャッスル [月 / 太陰・城], "Mūn Kyassuru")--as-seen-in "Act 14 – An Ending and Then a Beginning – Petit Etranger"--as-seen-in the Original 1991 Release (Tankōbon) of the "Bishōjo Senshi Sailor Moon" Manga, for the "Bishōjo Senshi Sailor Moon" franchise.NOTE: With and without the Dialogue.
NOTE: Strictly speaking, the Crystal/Prayer Tower/Piller did not feature in the Original 90's Anime, but a similar feature is seen within the Crystal Palace Complex, where the 31st Century selves of Sailors' Venus, Mercury, Mars & Jupiter were focusing their collective energies to erect and maintain a barrier around the complex to protect it and the Royal Family. In the Reboot Anime, the Crystal/Prayer Tower/Pillar features a different design; bigger, with additional secondary spires.
