I just have a massive weakness for that type of sleeve and color combination. *_* I also like how her hair is down rather than in all the ornate up-dos she wears at King's Landing, it's a good touch.

That was...again, for ease of drawing. Also she's probably Lady of Winterfell in this picture and Northerners have simpler hair.

No, yeah, that's what I was getting at. The fussy styles of King's Landing make her look like them rather than a lady of Winterfell, so having it down or in a simpler style makes her more of a Stark (at least appearance wise). It also makes her look more like Cat, which I'm sure Petyr wouldn't object to.
(... I have a lot of feelings and theories about Sansa's hair, apparently. I'm... I'm gonna stop before I embarrass myself.)
