Description This is a picture that I started sometime near the beginning of this year. I finally sat down and finished this yesterday. I Kind of based the color scheme off of a parrots. This may or may not become a species of dragon in my comic. If it does this guy is most likely going to be small and in all probability a pet of some kind. Poor guy also has a broken horn.
