this is awesome! it really reminds me of pee-wee's playhouse, and how all the fruits and foods in his fridge are always engaging in some interesting activity when he looks in there for something to eat, haha.

This really made me smile. It's so fun and colorful. I love the grapes sliding down the celery, and it's funny to see that even at fruit picnics, ants are still a problem. Great work. Definitely a fave!

Thanks. I don't really remember how or what made me come up with this idea. I do remember that the celery was really supposed to be rhubarb and I intended the grapes to be green. I don't know, when I was working on coloring I was trying out different things and I was going to try to learn about changing colors in Photoshop under image adjustments. I never got that far on this piece so those things just stayed the wrong color.

Thanks. It's brush and ink mostly but I cheated and used a Micron pen for some of the small details like the faces and ants. This is the piece my husband taught me to use Photoshop on, but then I didn't color anything for about a year and had to learn all over again.
