What is it with me being unable to sleep lately?Anyway
The basis for this drawing was thinking back to when you were a kid
You'd get a new game, play it all day, and when it was time for bed, you'd hide your gameboy/ other handheld device under the pillow and pretend to sleep until everything was clear. You'd be hunched over your pillow, playing until the early hours in the morning (Or until the batteries died,) not feeling the slightest bit tired... until you got up and did something. It was always worth it, in the end.
This is something I could easily see Kitsune2 doing. I'm sure he's perfected the art of fake-sleeping, but his parents were probably concerned about the bags under his eyes.
I tried to make it look like he has bedhead on one side. I imagine playing without his glasses only makes the game that much harder, too.
...can you guys tell I like working with grays and other desaturated colours yet?

It depends on how your vision works. I have bad vision myself, but if I want to play a handheld game I usually don't need them. If you have trouble seeing things far away, you won't have trouble seeing things up close.

My sleep schedule is so strange lately. If I'm not asleep before about 3 AM, I stay up until sunrise, fall asleep then, and wake up some time in the afternoon. These drawings help a lot, though.
