Yay!! That came out of nowhere!!
As YOU mentioned yourself... there are still some flaws in anatomy and proportion here and there... but that's nothing big. Well, the feet are not so well done and look a bit broken here. But the rest - especially the arms - looks quite alright! And the perspective of his head IS INDEED a difficult one. But it looks alright, too!
So, about the positive aspects now. ^^
As you've also mentioned yourself it's the first time for you to add a "scale" texture to characters - and you did quite well. The scales wrap around and cover the body parts pretty well and it doesn't look bad, at all.
The best aspect of all is the level of details.
Right now, my character REPTILE has a lot of details... the armor... the scales... the weapon... so many details which make him special. And you thought about all the little details on his body AND armor!
So, well done! It is not an easy character. By the way, the "metal parts" are done best! ^^
And last but not least... it's friggin' TRADITIONAL ART!!!! Which is always THE BEST ART!!!!! ^_________^
Yes, I can see you're using the fine liner (pen) and obviously some nice COPICS here. And it works really well and all the colours are quite accurate to the touch and bright and strong!
Yes, the colours really look excellent and while you still need to work on anatomy the colouring is splendid. You didn't paint over the lines and made no mistakes here.
THANK YOU SO MUCH for drawing REPTILE!!!!
That's really appreciated aaaaaaaaand you also have a place at my personal website - you're a part of the REPTILE UNIVERSE:

Yeah, that's your own gallery there. ^^
*hugs*

Seriously thank you so much for the amazing comment and critique man, I seriously appreciate it so much.
I will strive to improve my flaws although what with what happened while I was drawing your character (illnesses and having to put my cat down) I wasn't fully focused, if I get the chance to draw Reppy again I can see myself doing a better job xp.
I'm so happy I've done your armour some justice x3
I've always prefered traditional, not to knock digital but I feel traditional has a more personal touch in my honest opinion, but whatever floats your boat is all I can say.
Oh my, that is so kind of you, thank you so much.

Exactly, it helps promote more control with your drawings and helps you become more responsible for any mistakes you make.
