I know what some of you are thinking
"WTH."

There IS a story behind this XD I was a REALLY big fan of Lugia 2 years ago, just ask anybody XD I kind of quit drawing him for awhile though because my Warrior Cat obsession hit, then after that Sonic came in.
Lugia was my 2nd ever Cartoon Crush when I was littler, Ill be honest <3
And I was thinking about it today and I haven't drawn him in FOREVER.
Now, this is one of those "The Beast falls in love with the Girl but it can never continue on" kind of thing.
Overused, but hey, no one said I couldn't turn something overused into something original, so lets have at it!
I am writing a story to this, maybe a One Shot Series, and a sad tale it shall be <3

So, Vegas is kind of fading away in this, I always thought it was funny, Vegas cant swim and is afraid of heights, Lugias main thing is exactly that.
Thats kind of how the story is gonna revolve, it'll be interesting I hope. I like how the story is running in my head.

I also thought this would be something different, Ive never seen anyone do anything like this before, so a beautiful thing this will be. ^^
Vegas Silversnow belongs to Me.
Lugia belongs to the Pokemon Co.
