[Tails the Fox/Cosmo the Seedrian] Original Style

The words said so often, can mean so much.

OH YES.
I just mixed my Original style into Tails and Cosmo XD

I have a story behind this, but just to sum it,

Cosmo is a spirit embodied in the physical form of a beautiful tree that roots an entire flower field. The fox named Tails visited this field everyday, at first, Cosmo remained silent, not revealing she was a living spirit, but as Tails started to get more costumed to visiting, she began to speak with him, he was not scared at all.
As the days he visited became more daily the grew closer and closer.
Tails loved it, the field was beautiful, and he felt safe in the flowers of the spirit. He trusted her.
Then one day, poison ivy began growing around the forest, it was the spirit Dark Oak, an old Oak tree that died a long with the majority of the forest because of hunters.
It was his goal to destroy the forest and its creatures, then to grow an entirely new forest.
Cosmo understood this virus could kill everything, all the animals and the plants.
She attached her roots to Dark Oak, and their spirits merged.
All that was left to do was to cut down the tree that Cosmo's spirit lived in, and while all the flowers and plants would die, her seeds would spread and the animals of the forest could rebuild.
Tails was the only one who could do it. But he did not want to kill and destroy the one he trusted and loved the most.
From there, you know the scene.
He proclaimed his love to her, and immediately destroyed and knocked down the tree of Cosmo.
And he wailed to the sky as everything around him turned gray, and all the colours faded away.
The last words Cosmo whispered,
"Surely...Surely forever, I will always love you."

I finished this drawing Wednesday and JUST got to posting it,**DUMBINTERNET

I love it so much ID The background, the story, the colouring, the shading, I just love it all X3

Although as usual, critiquing on the short writing and the art would be amazing.
