I think she did, she's quite a sexual person, but apparently she hates romantic stuff xD makes me laugh tbh, she plays the evil witch but deep inside she's a scarred woman in need of attention and of love.

That point is shown somewhat in Inquisition if your Warden committed to the relationship in the Witch Hunt-dlc, when you ask her about those things. It made my heart feel warm when she admitted that the Warden made her realize what love truly is.

I think Mirrigan is a closet romantic. She scoffs at romance and the idea, but seeing it or even reading about it and she gets a little pink blush and wants to know how it really feels to be romantic.

I agree, she's an intricate character, and I'm glad they brought her back in da:i. she's so cute and badass :3 and she needs some lovin from her warden hubby uvu<3

She does call the Warden her "partner" and considers him an equal. And allowing him to help raise their son is a significant indication of their trust, considering she has a powerful personality with little room to share control.
