Asaral was a few days out from her family's territory now, finally beyond the borders of their hunting grounds. It still hadn't quite sunk in that she was finally seeking her own life now, although each step into unfamiliar terrain helped to cement that fact a little more. She did not know where she would end up, or even if she would find herself a permanent place to call home.
But with the sun at her side, it was hard not to feel a little elated at whatever may happen.

Wow, I meant to get something out there and done for this group much sooner than this. But man I could not settle on something that felt right until now. Ah well, I have something now. I'm not just a lurker any more hooray!
Not in my usual style, but I like how it turned out. And good practice for backgrounds too! Light and snow was a lot of fun to work with.

Not looking to pick up any achievements this time, just wanted to throw down something for my fluffy girl. While her first few adventures will be solo, I am very much interested in roleplaying her later on - be that through art trades or something more text based.

(I'm also super new to this whole dA group RP thing so please forgive me any etiquette failures <_> )
