I've never played Charlie Murder or heard of it tbh but I looked it up and I love the characters!!
But o ye Fran Bow it is kinda similar to that in the way you move and the general atmosphere?
I thought the little guy you play as in Sally Face was a little girl at first..

AWw! it's so fun! And I used to talk with ShellDragon one of the girls who worked on it and it's so awesome! I really liked the Lester guy! He was tall and could summon demons and fire with his guitar!! X"D
And yea I just compare it to CM because it's got rock music and all the characters only have four fingers.
