Upon our love;  both yours and mine
So deep within our eyes so bright
We pledged our souls into the night
Our hand clasped tight upon our heart
With vows that we would never part
So young were we and yet we dreamed
No wrong be done;  or so it seemed
But life is full of twists and turns
Of mourning and a soul that yearns
To see again, what could of been
With open eyes,  but never seen
I sigh and often shed a tear
For what we had and still the fear
Will bind my heart to never more
To reminisce,  of what we saw
We parted though our love was strong
To go our ways and yet to long
Of gentle nights and breathless sighs
Not of the what's, or who's or why's
You see, I've found, that life is still
A mystery woven;  against our will
But granted wishes hold us fast
And ties us to our treasured past
So on the nights I see on high
A crescent moon within the sky
I close my eyes and dream again
Of gentle
And by the way you can also enter in her competition visit the article and lets go

... I always loved the colors and smell of old books in an old bookstore or old libraries. I feel there is all a kind of magic in the air when I open an old book. So I did this work inspired by the beautiful poem "My crescent moon" and I tried transmit some of that magic of the old books….
