Description Yes, once again, more criminally-obscure book fanart of my belove-ed Horatio Lyle series, what are you going to do.

It's very rare he gets into full-on "Let's get dangerous," mode, but, hey, I wanted to draw swooshy coats, is that a problem. And he's not supposed to have glasses, but he does in my imagination. Ergo, my imagination ruins everything it touches!

(Why can't more books have things blowing up, it's pretty great.)



There was supposed to be smoke coming from the test tube in his left hand but I forgot to add it. I mean. It messed up the composition. Yes. That.

Ah, The Doomsday Machine and The Dream Thief are my favourites! Not that the other two aren't absolutely wonderful, but I found these two to be the most exciting, the most nightmarish, the most - well, I won't spoil anything, that would be cruel.
