If this were an actual screenshot, it took a long, long time to take. On average, it takes about 2 seconds, this took about.. what 8 to 10 hours, on and off? *counts on fingers* Yeah, with setting up, testing and postwork that sounds about right.

This image is the result of my brain turning my beloved characters Amber and Jerutha into game characters in a game like Dragon Age 2. It immediately linked that thought to a silly little scene from their expansive and mostly unwritten story (find the responsible bit here: Reunited - that is for the time being, it's not getting a permanent home there). I tried to resist. Briefly. But the inevitable did happen. So behold my fake screenshot from an over-the-shoulder angle with much hair

Yes, I borrowed Bioware's dialogue wheel from DA2. Sloppily, too. It seemed fitting.

Oh, yes, of course Amber chose the only answer that does not result in the Moody One running off. I could write out what happened with any of the other options. Some day. But who'd care, right?

(For the record: I only did some minor touch ups to the render to keep that unpolished feel.)
