AWWWWW OMG this is sooooo adorable
First of all, I ADORE your style! Starlight looks soooo cute her face, her pose...I love it all!
And your coloring is wonderful! I love the way you shaded the hair, it's so full of volume and the colors are fantastic
Same with her outfit! Especially her tiara, wand, and star piece on her dress...everything just stands out so wonderfully
AND THE BACKGROUND! I LOVE IT SO MUCH!!
I LOVE the rainbow! It just makes the flow of the whole picture so much better 
And the way you colored the whole background is wonderful 
I just love all of the details, shines, and colors in everything~
