The hard to readness of his spiel is on purpose to make it seem fast and hard to follow.
Hans backtalks his "friend". He is that kind of "great" guy...

Now lets see how many will get annoyed with the guys finding another person than their crushes attractive. Jessica is so far removed to them it's more like a celebrity crush than a real one, anyways. Still... some will get huffy about it... and not for the objectifying reason, but the fact that they have ladyloves already. *nods sagely*

I mean, Jasmine was hesitant with the guys for just this kind of behaviour. This kind of jealousy and infatuated fawning I associate heavily with teenage behaviour so I keep it in the story
