I read a fanfic recently where she makes clothes for someone else, literally weaving it on them like she does in the movie -- and, like, three seconds later they were very quickly removing all the clothes in front of everyone and hiding behind a bush, then explaining "It was either protecting my modesty or dying of frostbite" XD

It gives a theoretical and hypothetical explanation as to how Elsa's attire can be constructed out of ice or, more accurately, the element of ice.
