Yeah, I know, lame right? I've been playing SH3 again lately and Heather keeps going on about the Halo of the Sun symbol and this just popped into my head. So here it is DOUBLE HALO OF THE SUN.Seriously, what does it mean??? XD

I'd love to see it
(A lot of people like to put SH2 in the early 90s and SH3 in the mid to late nineties but if you look at the setting, cars clothes buildings etc. of all the games you can place origins way back in the 40's or 50's SH1 in the 50's or early 60's when you get to SH2 it gets a bit fuzzy though. I'd place SH2 in the mid 90's due to the clothing style of the characters ((especially James and Eddie)) but in SH3 Heather's outfit could fit into the style of the 80s easily and would give at least a ten year window for james and "mary" to fall in love and get married and mary to subsequently pass on((possibly in her early 30s))((another side note:in SH3 Heather wishes she could tell her dad the he "Made her happy" and in SH2 it's the last thing Mary tells James in her letter)). SH4 involves James' father and seems to take place in the late nineties to early 2000s followed then of course by Homecoming which is seems more current in our own time((late 2000s)).
So it basically comes out to this:
SH Origins: Late 40s-Early 50's
SH1: Mid-Late 50s
SH3:Early-Mid 80s
SH2:Mid-Late 90s
SH4:Late 90s-Early 2000s
Homecoming: Late 2000s)

However, it'd be weird to think that Heather is actually Mary.
Her whole past story was already confusing enough at the begin, so why would team Silent put this up to confuse us even more?

About the upcoming SH;
I don't expect A LOT from it since..since the SH fandom is a bit 'dead' right now, sadly enough. And it's not made by the good ol' team Silent.
It has quite many differences.
Idk, I liked the last SH, but I'm not sure about this one, since I hear so many fans complaining. )

(Yeah, although, I kinda miss the old..mind-raping gory atmospheres and otherworlds. It sometimes feels like a different game now. There are just some things missing, I don't really know what, but you just feel it. :/

(I know what you mean :/ playing Homecoming((though a great game)) just felt so alien when compared to the other games. I feel like the only game, since the original team disbanded, that really felt like a Silent Hill game was Origins((It is in my top 3 favs of the series btw
