I drew this back in January and wasn’t so happy with the lineart so I sat on it while I worked on Early Exposure, but I managed to fix a few issues I had with scale digitally and then adding color I began to really fall in love with this piece, even though it required me to research kilim rug designs to try and loosely mimic some of the motifs.

The street is an actual street in Manchester. I am not sure which. But I did work from a photo because I am not good at coming up with backgrounds (although I did create the office from scratch. These are all exercises for me really).

This is technically an illustration for a fanfiction I’m writing, but I’m not sure when if ever I’ll come out with it: this stands alone just fine though *shrug*
