Jack Frost just so happens to run into his complete opposite, Jack Flame.Just like Hetalia, Jack Flame is a discolored Jack Frost whom has the complete opposite personality.
My ver. of Jack Flame looks like this and here is what I think He'd act like

.He lives in Derweze, aka The door to Hell. ((You should looks up pictures of that place. It's beautiful.))
.He hates Jack Frost and the other Guardians, and loves to pick on Jamie and his sister.

Presenting, the Negative Guardians!
-South (Negative Santa Claus): an evil Santa Claus who terrorizes children on Christmas
-Wicker Man (Negative Easter Bunny): an evil Celtic god that rises on Easter and takes the form of a rabbit to steal the souls of children.
-Darkness Falls (Negative Tooth Fairy): an evil magical zombie that kills children and takes their teeeth as trophies
-Hypnos (Negative Sandman): an evil demon who takes the sleep away from people
-King Momo (Negative Boogeyman): a joyful, benevelonent spirit, a sort of male fairy who springs cheer, goodwill and joy among children

Now someone re-write the whole movie as if the positive Guardians never existed and it was all about Jack Flame becoming a Negative Guardian and the stopping of King Momo.

Jack Flame's other name is Pyro Jack as said in Shin Megami ense. Though Pro Jack is a much more powerful Magician than Jack Frost
