Many were distraught and confused by the rampant chaos it caused, but, over time, gradually came to accept the radical change. Few adapted quicker than those who had faced far greater dangers in their lives and were they themselves their own masters of the elements.

Already highly accomplished in the arts of earthbending, Toph felt she finally had the sheer size to match it. Proudly brandishing her champion's belt now that it was a much better fit (even needing to be let out quite a bit), few could underestimate her as she effortlessly rumbled the foundation of anything that stood in her way.

Having been taught by King Bumi how to grow her own tasty jennamite crystals, she frequently munched on rock candy by the ton. Filling up on such heavy snacks not only helped keep her feet firmly on the ground, but also gave her weight and density unlike any earthbender before her had ever known.
