A tribute to one of my favorite classic novels. I was reading again and was inspired. I love the line when he says "if something is strongly compelling you to do something, it probably should be avoided. These ideas disturbs a peaceful life."Acrylic on paper

I am Coining my style as "Subtlism"
Not totally abstract, Not quite impressionism, to vague to be literal but enough details to get the point across.

Only the negative behavior patterns. Right? The courage to disappoint our parents is hard to overcome. But, your will is free to choose otherwise. Our parents are just people too. And nobody is perfect. But learning from their mistakes will straighten your roots. Like Dr. Frankenstein we are bye products of their choices. Our DNA strung together from other people, who are also not perfect. That is why our song is an Adagio.
But, to be contrarian, is to choose to break the cycle of regrets. Just make the choice and act on it.

Correct. You can only live what you have learned, so never stop learning. Life is not sealed after childhood and a lot of times a persons love is misunderstood by both parent and child or between friends. So I had to learn how to communicate in different personality languages because everyone perceives things with their own filter and expects to be understood automatically. Choice is the essence of love, so if someone chooses you, you should try to understand why and how to communicate it back in a way they are accepting to it, so there are no misunderstandings. I tend to be more rational than emotional so I would miss a lot of cues and come of like a jerk. It is something I had to work on and still do but it has made my life a little easer.
