This was my final project, and I guess it turned out to be a magnum opus of sorts. *lol*Inspired by one of my favorite Nevermore songs: All the Cowards Hide.
5' X 4' Oil on canvas

The first and only time I talked to Warrel in person, I made sure to tell him that he must play that song next time they go to San Francisco.

This image is already being altered and used by Shades of Grey, a Swedish punk band.

well im new to the whole art community, only got into it because i was decorating my room with pictures,
ive never seen any films called puppet master i was just hinting to that age old image of others pulling the strings to cause us pain - blood dripping from his fingers is almost the same as freddy kreuger does in one of his films. he takes the sinew/ligaments from this kid (as the strings) and marches him up to the tower and makes him jump off
i dont know how to use illustrator or photoshop etc - the problem i had was i couldnt get the words to seem better readable, rotate allowed me to get rid of most of the outside picture shot then i used a paint tool to colour what was left of the outside to fit into the shot itself, however due to the corpses legs going of screen it would require me to create the legs to end/feet or prolongue them so they look like it ends in this pic but i tried and failed. im gonna look into finding better photoshop tutorials.
what band? a small band in your local area i presume? - with or without the words?

im working on photoshop atm but this pic is proving a lil difficult to edit properly personally - im not very good at it

Yea, the image was just something I thought about for weeks...a malformed brainchild of sorts? The original (a 5 ft tall monster) leans next to my bed in my room
I haven't seen Puppetmaster or any of those Freddy Krueger movies, hehe..maybe I should?
And yea...photoshop is such a pain! Illustrator is even more difficult!

I really like the pose and expression of the figure. Very powerful imagery. The perspective and design are very good. Nevermore are a great band too
