You did a spectacular job on Gwen. It took me a minute to figure out what was wrong with Tobey. The lighting of the head does not line up with the lighting of the jacket.
If you added a little bit of highlight to his hair on the left (his right) and shadow to the right side of his face (his left side) it would blend much more. Great concept though

I spend way too much time on this so I got lazy, Peter suit is not the middle his skin color isn't right there's a lot of mistake that I found but couldn't do anything to fix that
