I draw these for my own exercise every day... hands are really hard to draw, so I forced myself to do it! XDI see some improvement now... so, if it can help you, use it for free! ^___^

What might help you is getting a picture/photo reference of that hand pose. Then you can simplify it down to your style. maybe try overlapping the hand with simple shapes and lines? Granted I really can't draw hands...but it dose seem to help.

Nice reference. I don't need a lot of help with hands personally, but I like to have a nice collection of references, so I faved this for that reason.
I also wanted to point out that you could make your own references using your own hand and a camera. I use my camera, take shots of a hand pose, and then draw that pose from my own reference. Now, if only it was as easy to get a decent foot reference....

oh wow Don't worry about "thin" lineart I think it's very fitting for this kind of exercise sheet
I have to admit that I have HIGH difficulties drawing handsTT^TT So thank YOU from the bottom of my heart for sharing such good qualitu reference
