WOW This took a long time. This is the first time I've ever done a landscape to completion before. I like how it turned out but I feel like I've been looking at it for too long so I'm not sure what to improve.Also, Jade is supposed to be almost the same height as Dari. I somehow totally forgot that until I was done all of the lineart and base colours. Oh well, I'm still pretty happy with it. It is fun to see my characters interacting in an environment.

I do have some constructive criticism to give. First things first, I'm kinda confused whether the guy wants the girl to look at the moon or just the entire sky in general. If you meant for her to look at the moon she looks like shes staring off somehwere else. But if she's just staring at the sky, then let's carry on with the other things.
Also, I would want to suggest adding more depth to the land. Sometimes blurring the background out a little can help. That also goes for the moon(s), they look too close. So try blurring those moons a little bit.
I would also make the two characters smaller because the guy's hand is getting in the way of the sky. From the viewer's perspective, I'd want to see what he's pointing at, and it'd be that beautiful night sky and milky way. Not a beautiful night and milky way with a hand in the way!
Also, the color of the sand dunes is just a little out of place, it just doesn't seem to fit the overall theme. Try adding a dark tint of blue over the sand dunes to really make it look like it's night.

great job ! although the the night sky has some little problems: moon a bit off; it's quite fantastic ! you can use references from the real moon, and try to match the backround with the characters (unless it was on purpose); Even for a piece mainly focused on the backround, you drew the chacaters pretty well.

The moon looks oddly drawn and Jade's fingers looks too small for a female. Nice style and desert environment. I bet that night sky is hand drawn.

Hello there~ I’m from ‘s weekly comment project!
First thing first! I think you did a great work with the background here
I personally like pictures with night sky scenery to begin with… But this one does seem to have an additional element of fantasy, so it is definitely a nice bonus to this scene. I’m not sure if this scene takes place on our earth or not… but seeing two moons(?) in the sky really makes me doubt that this would be that case. The bigger moon does seem to have craters shaped similar to earth land masses… which made me quite curious about it… huhu
The two characters are also nicely drawn as well 
Now… This might be a little of nitpicking, but I find the sand dune part of this picture to be a little too bright for a night scenery. I’ve never been in a desert myself, so I’m not entirely sure on how bright it would be at night… But I believe it would be better suited for night time the picture would be slightly darker than this.
Also, I would suggest try adding shine to some of the stars above. It should give a more vibrant look to the sky

This is a fantasy world, in fact the main reason I decided to add 2 moons that look different than ours was to help get that across. I’m glad you can tell Dari is the tour guide here, Jade is not used to seeing a clear night sky like this.
I agree that the dunes look a little too bright. I have a hard time with night lighting but it’s good to know that’s an area that I can work on improving.

Dear Melissa, This beautiful and awe inspiring deviation of yours gives me such a cultural and antique feeling, it is so natural elegantly colored and the theme altogether is quite catchy, the people in the picture are really enjoying the feeling we used to have when there were no buildings around and the sky was a gem to us!

They could be on the ridge of a dune, so the lady could be standing on a slightly lower part of the dune, thus they are not the same height. The man, with the outfit looks sort of like Aladdin.
