I don't think I've shared with you this tidbit before. Pino is named after the big bird on Sesame Street. Yes, we have a Dutch version too, and instead of naming her "Grote Vogel" (literal translation of Big Bird) she's called Pino instead.
A lot of Birds are named Pino here by the way
Species: Eurasian Eagle-Owl (Euraziatische Oehoe)
Latin name: Bubo Bubo
Originates from Europe and Asia.
Current status: Least Concern.
