When the free-range Birds in the aviary are fed - by throwing food into the air - all the Mice come out to play

It's a risk of having Birds, since Mice tend to eat the same food, but in here - and most zoos, for that matter - it can't do much harm.

Species: House Mouse (Huismuis)

Latin name: Mus Musculus

Originates from pretty much all over the world.

Current status: Least Concern
