Description
When: September 3, 2020
Where: Natura ARTIS Magistra Amsterdam, The Netherlands
The zoo turns night and day around, so it's dark during the day and you can see these nocturnal creatures in their element. If you're lucky and visit early in the morning and rush your way to their enclosure, you can just catch them with decent lighting for 15 minutes or so.
We hoped to witness it, watch them just be in good lighting, but of course they refused to budge from their nesting boxes
Species: Gray Mouse Lemur (Dwergmuismaki)
Latin name: Microcebus Murinus
Originates from Madagascar.
Current status: Least Concern

…The Gray Mouse Lemur is the very same Malagasy small primate we named ourselves for, here on DeviantART.
