Description
When: October 27, 2019
Where: Safaripark De Beekse Bergen Hilvarenbeek, The Netherlands
We wanted to see the Cheetah cubs so bad, but it looked for a while they wouldn't emerge at all. Finally, standing and waiting got us the lucky moment where they finally did step out in the open - and we were soon swarmed and bombarded with people crowding us
Not the most pleasant feeling, I'll give you that, but luckily we had these twin cuties to occupy our minds Amazing to watch them walk around, so small, and so playful!
Species: Cheetah (Jachtluipaard)
Latin name: Acinonyx Jubatus
Originates from Africa and the Middle East.

Did you know:
…The Cheetah can clock in to 112 to 120 km/h (70 to 75 mph), making it the fasted land animal on the planet, covering 500 meters (1,600 ft) in short burst, and being able to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in three seconds.
…It is one of the few Felids with semi-retractable claws.
