A friend asked me to design him something involving zebras and birds, so I came up with this.Incomplete, ink on paper.

"something involving zebras and birds" Well, why not? But that's kind of a challenge! You managed it just fine, actually.
The only thing that slightly bothers me here (if I ever have to point one) is the left wing of the owl, which you crossed with the knot pattern : Since it's the center of the piece, I think I'd have liked it better entirely up front.
