Hehe pois é, eles tavam todos a posar! Eu parei ao pé deles, de máquina em riste... olhei pra eles com o meu olhar de - "Posso tirar uma foto?" - e eles posaram, eu percebi
Depois tiveram a pedir-me pra revelar e entregar-lhes, numa loja que eles conhecem... vão ter que esperar sentados!!

This is wicked witty. 
The kindred irony makes it even more interesting. Usually we don't associate old(er) age with arrival, but rather with departure...and to use the term "soon" in a clause involving gradually slower and slower older people also adds to the humor of it. Altho you might have been alluding to the much darker occurence that is acoming in all of our lives. 
But my utmost favourite part has to be the very composition. It is absolutely perfect. 
So stable and filling the frame from end to end. Their facial expressions are another asset to the story line here, as they are seemingly posing for the shot. Each and every one of the people in the scene is a meaningful story of it's own.
The overall tonal values created by the lighting are also perfectly fitting as they match the usual colors of the kind of clothes they would wear, full of greys and browns. I would say this is one of your best pieces, for the quality of it, and ingenious idea which is very conceptual and unique

Irony is what made me submit this deviation, since I loved the "Brevemente" sign for its meaning in association with the old folks! Actually, I didn't thought of it in the way you described, the dark occurence! It was merely humouristic thing, though now I see the piece differently (not the first time you add meaning and feeling to the way I see my own pieces!).
And yes, old folks are everywhere!!! Where I study (Braga), old folks hang all day in front of a Braga's large square, just walking and talking!
They were posing, because I was walking around in the mall and stopped in front of them... I stared at them with my - "Can I take a picture?" - kind of look and they all posed, so I *CLICK*

It has that "unique" and "ingenious" quality. The concept you have created right there at the spot, in a blink of an eye is something else... It is so refreshing...since we all mostly exploit the standard themes... like sadness, anger, love, cuteness...and so on...
