Chicken? No, there is better variant. Check out Rancor monster from Star Wars. Your robot even can be called mechanical form of Rancor, as far as they are so similar.

well, i really would like to show you, but i found nothing about the film. i was sure the name is killmachine, but now, as i found nothing, i'm not that sure...
there are no pictures, no film... nothing, just like the movie never existed...

well, ok. imagine: your chickenmech is killing people in a millitary science-complex. that's all the movie is about. but the machine is very cool looking...
