It would be about an alternate universe where magic and human technology have evolved together and the hardships goblins have to endure at the bottom of the social hierarchy, which would be something like this:

Wizards in the government

Humans are the middle class

Trolls and Giants are the labouring class and military

Goblins are the lowest class.
