There's easily been a lot of commercials where the stuffy, serious person is turned "radical." (I was going to say "radicalized," but that doesn't mean what it did when I was a kid anymore.)
There's a good parody of that trope about four minutes into this video. Of course, I recommend watching the ten videos before it as well as the one after.

i can agree on the pont the song may be a bit too modern.Β
.....finding 80's violin aerobics music ain't easy......
in all i tried to tie in more than just the 80's, after all it's a transformation.
why i chose this video is dependent on these elements;
the 80's outfits, with all their colors.
the violin music with a modern twist because the player is new going back in time.
you also have the dance moves on screen for the aerobics.Β
