Description Those of you who've played Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin are already well-aware of Charlotte's penchant for pop-up books. The rest of you would probably like an explanation.

Charlotte is primarily a magic user, but she still has a handful of melee weapons at her disposal, all of which are books. All but two of them have magical weapons and such pop out of them. (As for those other two, they're just books. You can whack enemies with them.) But I figured there was one more book out there in Charlotte collection. One so powerful (yet so private) that it could not be used in the game.

And of course, that book paired with Johnathan and Charlotte's sibling-like relationship could prove to be just a bit counter-productive.

Actually, it's not a boot. It's a gloved hand. If you look closely, the "heel" is not straight.

I've actually stayed multiple times that it's a boot (perhaps not my best-drawn boot), but I guess you'd know better than I would.

Ah, no biggie. I drew the thing back in 2007. See, I was trying to draw the boot with the toe pointing as far forward as possible for kicking. The awkward pose and the fact that half of it is buried in Jonathan's crotch makes it hard to read. I was hoping the garter belt and fishnets would clue people in to its identity as a "leg," but you can't win 'em all.
