Very dramatic and very dark a bit moody. I like it! It tells a story and sort of grabs you in! Very well created with great POV and depth....

Sorry, but i have deleted the original.
I used PaintShop Pro X3, because it has included the 'local tone mapping' function.
First i have tone mapped the image
Next step is duplicate layer and merge in multiply mode
The last step is duplicate layer, using a high pass function, and merge it in soft light mode!

this is a dramatic scene ... someone is wounded and crawling trough the grass to reach the tree to hide behind it.. but he is dying.. thats my impression about it
