To make this you have to use a 3d program (3ds max, Maya, Blender...) and configure the textures, you also have to put on and adjust lighting and more things...

I have this model but for all tipes of models you have two options
1 Import only the mesh: First you need the XNALARA, open it and to import only the mesh you have to do your pose and later go: file> sport scene as obj, save it and in the 3ds max import the obj file.
2 Import the model with bones: to make this you need a complement of 3ds max it names XnaLara converter>>[link] you drag the file into the program and open the mesh. file(This option can change your model)

It may be for the program, sometimes happens, it is better to use the Xnalara Posing Studio >>[link] is like XNALARA but better you can do animations and many more things. I have the model and I can open with this program I hope I've helped you
