Description This is an A4 Sketch of this Sassanid Cataphract Horseman. They were Sarmatians, Armenians and Parthians. The Greeks called them "cataphractii! (covered over) because of their heavy armour. This piece is inspired by the Work of Dr Zvonimir Grbasic and Velimir Vuksic.

This is awesome! Very well done, the metal and horse look very real.
The head looks a bit big though, but that coul be because of all the armor layers.

Thank you very much for your magnanimous comment! I really appreciate it!
I DO think the head looks a little big because of the armour on it.
Keep on Creating! Cheers!
