OMG....Marcus did a fan art of an established character!!!!

Yep...I felt like celebrating Juneteenth (6/19) by trying my hand at a black superheroine that I've long admired and have always wanted to take a try at creating some art with in the form of the cybernetically enhanced soul sista herself, the badass Misty Knight!!!

When it comes to Daz, it can be difficult to create fan art for existing characters b/c the costume elements needed to recreate a character may not be available due to copyright issues and such. Nor am I yet skilled enough to add insignias and such to textures either.

BUT...I had enough resources that could've made a believable Misty Knight, so I gave it a go; it was the red bodysuit that did it! (Strike Back Outfit for G8F www.daz3d.com/strike-back-outf… )

Misty's one of those characters that's been around for a long time, but doesn't seem to get the shine that she deserves. Just wanted to show a bit of love and appreciation to one of the sources of inspiration to my own original characters!
