Well I finally finished this after months of putting it aside. Here's my final piece in a series of the ladies from Final Fantasy X-2 wearing FF7-themed dress spheres.Rikku is by far my favorite and so I took my time with her. I actually did a very clean lineart instead of just painting over a sketch like I normally do. I'm starting to see how much easier it is to color if I take the time to clean up the sketch. Anyway, Rikku is supposed to be wearing clothing similar to Cloud from AC... except without pants. I personally like the chocobo belt buckle ^_^

this is very good, rikku is by far one of my favorite final fantasy girls. also, i figured out the value of good line work from water color drawing fairly recently so dont feel bad

So. I'm too lazy to look through all the comments to see if I ever made one on this...xD Anyway, I favorited it years ago and I'm still lovin' it today. Great job, man. Rikku never really seemed to wear much anyway, though I wouldn't have argued with a skirt being put on her in the stead of pants. Not to say that anything about this is bad at all >>; same with the other two. Diggin' it. Diggin' them. Even though 10-2 was one of my least favorite, you make me want to hack it and put this in there xD make her do "Omnislash" xD

Of course, as she is a woman, their outfits must be impractical, insanely revealing, and full of fan-service. The same goes for Yuna and Paine.
Granted I quite like the idea of the dress spheres, and the weapons are great, and your artwork is skillful but it is disappointing that you made them all revealing like this.
Oh well, you are a man.

I see what the muse is saying about her "girls" popping out (Lionhart_GF on Dear Mun is one of my collection of muses), but it's a great costume. I also like that Paine is Sephiroth and Yuna is Vincent. XD

Oh yeah! Go Rikku! I like how the sword is more of a variant of the Buster Sword rather than the actual Buster Sword itself. This would've been AWESOME to use! I could totally see moves like Braver, Cross Slash, and Blade Beam working in the game. Maybe even Omnislash. Which reminds me of the one major con of FFX-2: WHY'D THEY TAKE AWAY YOUR SPECIAL MOVES!? I mean, in VII, you get Limit Breaks, in VIII, you get Limit Breaks, in X, you get Overdrives, in X-2.....you get nothing.

I keep on thinking that Rikku should have one boot that goes higher than the other....because she's quirky like that. But the art is great the way it is! Rikku's my favorite in FF10/FF10-2 as well.

Wow...this is amazing! Rikku looks great! This kind of dressphere really suits her. I'll look at the other two pics too, but from what I see here, they all look fantastic! Any chance you could give me some tips on adding details like clothing or skin? Cuz you're really good at it, and I need all the help I can get.

Something about Rikku's revealing apparel reminds me of Nariko from Heavenly Sword. Seeing in woman dressed as such makes her appear strong in body and character. The fact that she wears no armor makes her appear confident in her own strength. Also, the thought of her flying and flipping through the air with her graceful sword dance makes me squeal with delight. VERY NICE WORK!

A V-Neck top (maybe reaching just below the breasts) and a mini skirt might have looked better, but in any case this is pretty awesome. A good choice for Rikku, I think.

This is wonderful. As bubbly and as perky as Rikku always was in the game, this really does seem to suit her a great deal. The belt buckle is a REALLY nice accent...it works well with the whole outfit...
