I thought it’d be fun to try out this Eeveelution “Ghost-type” contest eeveetreats is doing on Tumblr. So here’s my entry (I thought a variety of styles wouldn’t hurt).
Reitheon (reyth-ee-on), a haunting new Eeveelution that is both a ghost and fighting type Pokémon, best recognized by it’s ornate mask and eerie purple haze.
Pokédex Entry: “According to an enduring legend, this Pokémon’s evolution occurs when a warrior’s spirit joins with Eevee.”
If anything else, these were all really fun to draw and a great way to kick off October, hope you enjoy!

This is one of the better Fakeons I've seen. It's so well thought out.
I'll consider drawing it sometime. And, in fact, if I ever do make a Pokemon rom hack or fan game, I might want to include it. There's a lot of potential for cool lore in a sidequest or something to get it, and it's just a neat critter in general.

this is absolutely adorable! i would LOVE to use it for a story or two! one of my OCs is a ghost trainer, and since Eevee is my favorite pokemon, i've been wanting a dragon or ghost since i saw Sylveon!

has it been confirmed that there will be a gen 7? cause, if they did make one, and didn't put another Eeveelution, then they would break a cycle that they even said they do.. two have always been released to counter each other.

And gen 7 is looming in the future with the new revelation of Magearna in the next Pokemon movie... hopefully that means a new game is coming soon as well!
