Crypto has alot of advantages against Zim.
For one, he's actually competent, has better weapons and a ship that can literally run rings around Zim's.
Crypto is practically immortal given everytime he dies, a new clone is produced.
And, his psychic powers are strong enough to freeze time around his enemies.
So, the only way for Zim to survive a battle against Crypto is..DO NOT FIGHT CRYPTO!
..Now, put Zim in a room with Pox, and we got ourselves one funny shouting match.

Oh, I also forgot to mention that Crypto has Telekinetic powers, so that's a third thing he has against Zim, he could either just mind-control him into doing anything he wants him to do or pick him up with his mental powers and throw him off the planet.

I love both of them dearly but I have to say Crypto.
Mainly because Crypto was more successful at world domination (at least managed to take over the United States and destroyed other global superpowers like Russia), also able to overthrow the Emperor of his own Furon race.
That stands in stark contrast to Zim who, bless his heart, can't even take over a school, and he takes crap from the almighty tallest all of the time, they're basically playing a prolonged prank on him and it backfired terribly on them.
Also Crypto's enemies are more of a threat than Dib, Dib's an adolescent nerdy kid who's skilled in some science but also kinda unhinged but he still manages to thwart Zim every now and then, while Crypto takes down governments and faces more advanced foes in organizations such as Majestic. But to Zim's credit; he was able to beat Planet Jackers and another more advanced Irkan soldier Tak, although Crypto was able to beat other races like the Blisk and advanced Furon soldiers like the Nexos.
Also Crypto's disguises are better, in the first game he can holobob and in the second and following games, he can body-snatch. In the second game he could only body snatch humans, but in the third he's able to body snatch Nexos and other Furons, he could possibly get genetic splicing to Body-snatch Zim and wait around in his body, controlling him, untilhe dies, either that or take the guise of GIR and lead him to destruction.
Crypto also has two massive support networks that Zim doesn't have: for one thing, he has Orthopox, who can guide him and research Zim to give him hints on how to take him out, whereas Zim usually has to do his own research in his lair and it has mixed results. Gir is more of a lackey to Zim and at times he has turned on him or been too stupid or not focused enough to carry out a task given to him, other times he accidentally saves him, if you managed to get Gir in the same room as Pox though; I feel like Gir would win, he'd probably annoy the already very irritated Pox to death.
Another thing is the fact that Crypto can clone himself, seemingly endlessly, depending on how much Furon DNA is available, so even if Zim somehow manages to kill him or take him out; there will still be another Crypto to deal with sooner or later.Β
I love them both but Zim was already out of his league taking on Earth in the show, that makes him very endearing but Crypto is far more professional and far more likely to succeed, it's hard to say who has more advanced technologies and who's got better weapons but one thing that can be said is that Furon technology is genuinely more reliable than Irkan technology, it's very rarely faulty unless tampered with by humans, whereas Zim carries the worst and most broken devices that Irkan technology had to offer, we don't often see what tech the other Irkans have so it could likely be on the same level as Furons or even better but that's irrelevant in Zim's case. Although I do think that Zim's ship is more advanced than Crypto's saucer.

Zim is angrier and more aggressive but constantly struggles against a stupid kid, while Crypto is not as angry but definitely knows better than handling a stupid kid.

Kind of? They seemed to be extra panicky when i played and complained a lot about they're lives.
The black hole gun creates a lot of destruction fast but I feel like it doesn't have enough upgrades to it, it's too late to really enjoy it, and not useful much outside of just havoc causing

yes though it's a diffrent color and you get it way to late in the game. There is a weapon that seeks out people and vehicles (targets) and then makes it start bouncing randomly with rainbow trails. It's called the super baller and it's really fun to ride a car hit by one

it's not the funnest game in the world or the greatest.
But I found it enjoyable.
Looking at reviews it may or may not be the last, official critics thought it was terrible giving it 3-5 average, while people who play the series said it's not that bad it's good at least i think the average was 5-8 depending on who you asked.

It's destroy all humans, not skyrim, people need to get it wasn't going for masterpiece level design and artwork, it wasn't in it to make you think about things, it was puerile, cheap, fun. I mean it really is just gun, although seeing the let's play's some of the fourth wall breaks seem lazy, and the ending a bit cheap. Hopefully someone makes a new one, set in the nineties ( I know eighties would be next but still, it can be skipped) oh god the kurt kobaine and burgerking jokes would be flying!

Crypto wins, no question. Crypto has been fighting humanity for more than 20 years. Zim, less than that. Crypto has crushed the Blisk, Communist, Black Ninjas, Giant Robots, Giant aliens, and a whole ton more, even with no guns at all, he can still fight. Zim has a house and disguises himself as human. Crypto can body snatch humans. Crypto in Destroy all humans 2 has an elite weapon called Gastro and Meteor Strike to rise fear into his enemies. He'll whip Zim like there's no tomorrow. Also Crypto knows how to stop time itself. Cyrpto's score, infinity. Zim's score, negative infinity.Β
