Wonderful work here! I have absolutely loved all your Megaman/Protomen art so far and your take on all the designs.
I was happy to see you've drawn Flashman, he's my favorite out of all the Megaman baddies. The uniform fits his character very well and I love the power-cord belt added on. Does he use it to recharge his gun? Haha

You sir, win so damn much it's amazing.
The way you decked out the uniform is amazing and really gives it that Flashman feel--down to the power cord belt, which I think was a nice touch.
As a Protomen fan, tip my fedora to you. As a Megaman fan, I sweep my fedora down to my chest for you.

I didn't know there was another famous Flashman. But hey! It's like I'm knowledgeable about stuff.
He was intended to be something of an SS Officer (that's why his gun is half Luger), but I didn't think the WWII style fit in very well with the Western thing I had going, so I melded it with a Union army outfit (which fit really well with his blue color scheme).
