"Ok, so it is the 3rd Anniversary of the 1st Airing of the beloved children's show My Little Pony - Friendship is Magic (Well, when I finished it). So celebrate, I should have done something about the Hub. Instead I'm uploading something I had to put on hold since a few weeks ago)."

As mentioned, I've been working on this in the little spare time I had in the past few weeks. Overall, given the time taken, I hate it. Given the memories associated with it, it was... fun.

"Remember that moment when Velvet was shot? I did."

After re-reading Fallout: Equestria, I just wanted to draw every critical moment. Unfortunately I got lazy... and busy. Anyway, this is just a bit of practice on dramatic setting and basic expressions and all the assistance from a graphics tablet ain't going to help if you lost the ability to draw even the basics.
